What to Prepare Before Your Session
On the Day
The therapist will arrive 5–10 minutes early to set up the futon and prepare the space. A futon (190 × 120 cm) will be brought and set up on the floor. It’s best to leave about an hour after a meal before your session. During the massage, please wear loose, comfortable clothing to allow safe and effective stretching. No oil is used. The therapist will ask which body areas you would like to focus on and your preferred pressure, and will check in again during the massage.
After the session, the therapist will encourage you to drink water and rest.
